and is registered and certified through the Yoga Alliance and is also
Fitness & Wellness insured. He feels yoga is "spirituality in action,"
and as a result his classes are powerful and spiritually based. He truly
believes in the Yoga Sutras teachings and is passionate about connecting
to authentic life through the subjugation of the ego. He teaches some of
